Strange External Reference Item when Saving

My machine has been running slower then usual ( or maybe my workload has increased and I'm a little less patient...) and I noticed this strange item in my external reference list while I am saving. Once I am done saving the item goes away. It's the 3rd item down called "ARE Man-Li Yeh" in the attached image. The icon next to the item is not familiar to me. This items name is from a previous project but is not the name of any external reference. It's the name of the sheetset used for that project. Any ideas what this could be? Thanks in advance.

Hard to see the icon in that screenshot. It's very small.

Can you right-click and detach it?

It only appears while saving. I think it must be some autocad process that I have no control over and since it's the name of the sheet set it makes sense that it would appear in the external reference list. We have had some server issues and my files were saving extermely slowly and might be why I was even able to see that sheet set reference to begain with. Thanks for the reply
