Station Offset Labels To dxf

I am relatively new to Autocad, I created a file for storm structure layout on a road we are building, I put station offset labels on the CAD work so that my field guys can check their layout but when I export the dxf out the labels do not come with it.  Not sure if it matters but we use Topcons Magnet Field software for layout. Is there a way to export them out so that the labels show up in the dxf file?

I dont know if/what effect your third party app is introducing.

That said, have you made you annotation in paper space or model space?

Is this a civil 3D drawing?  If so what command are you using to export to dwf?  Go to the big C3D logo in the upper left corner go to Export and then go to DXF and then pick the version.  Or you can just use  _AecExportToAutoCAD2018Dxf at the command line
