Does anyone have a solution to this? 

my dwg file will not open...

We need more information. Please describe exactly what you are doing to open the DWG. Screenshots of commandline or error msgs are extremely helpful.

I am not sure what the subject line of your post has to do with opening a drawing file. Van you please share a bit more detail so I can help resolve your question?

well I wish I could....... it's now working fine.. I believe it was getting hung up on a procedure when the dwg was first opening.

This was what the command line was reading (startup-load AutoCAD menu utilities loaded) after I opened the dwg.. 

not really sure what cause this.. or what fixed it.

i have the same problem and cant open dwg programs.

On the command line it says : s: : startup-load AutoCAD menu utilities loaded.

any know what can cause this to happen? or how to solve it?
