Standard Ribbon has changed

My standard ribbon has changed.  The ribbon now is set for 3D panel  -  How to change the ribbon....Need help.  See screenshot below.

i suggest to change your workspace type .

After  upgraded the MEP 2018, my ribbon changed and I don't know how to make the one I was using be installed.
