SST (Simpsons Strong Tie) Cannot Connect to the Remote Server

Fix the Windows Firewall:

Windows Button> Type “firewall”> Press ENTER> Advanced Settings> Outbound Rules> Double click on Autocad 2019> Select General>Action>Allow the connection

I was in a meeting with a customer this morning that experienced the same issue that you had, and was able to solve the problem for him with the solution that you provided.
