square to round

Is it possible to draw a Square to Round lofted sheetmetal part in Autocad 2015?  I tried using the loft command but the part doesn't look right.  I searched for a "how to" on Youtube but they only have one for Inventer.  Any ideas?

This is what I'm trying to draw using AutoCAD 2015, size is not important at this point, I just want to know if it's possible, and if so, how?

Add fillets in the corners and nodes to attach your Guide curves.

Of course Inventor does it for you - simply click the circle and rectangle.

Most likely guides are going to give the best results for that shape, but there's also a lot you can do with loft settings either during, or after the loft is created.
