Hello!

So I'm working in a group of people where I do the most and they would like to copy my DWG drawing and I'm kinda done with that so I was wondering if anyone knews something I can add to my drawing that will only be visible when you copy it or something I can do against plagiarisme.

Does someone have tips?

Hi,

if you can write your own apps you might append XData or XRecords to objects, so if they get copied you might find these data exists on the returned objects too. But there does not exist anything inside AutoCAD that "protects" or "signs" entities.

Deny access to "your" files.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Working in a group is often not a lot of fun as you have indicated, some do the work while the others want to slide.  Some instructors want to see if people can work together and it could be part of a grade to do so, as much as it stinks.   If you are in a educational setting then it is best to gently steer them away from relying on you but don't do anything beyond that.  The tests will ferret out the ones that are not actually learning and doing the work.

Kind of prepares you for work life where you will also work around the freeloaders that seemingly skate by doing very little actual work.  Sometimes the boss is aware and sometimes not, but reporting others will only backfire, so you have to smile and do your work so you feel good about your contribution and grin and bare it if others get to claim credit for your efforts.

If something I wrote can be interpreted two ways, and one of the ways makes you sad or angry, I meant the other one.
