Some lines are missing when exporting as pdf

Some lines are missing when I export it as pdf.  Checked other threads, can't figure out what's wrong with the drawing. I have attached the dwg file and the pdf.

The missing lines have an RGB color 255,255,255, which is basically a no-color option, aka invisible: AutoCAD is doing what you ask, making them invisible in the PDF.

White eagle on a white flagg.

Color7 is black!
