Some layers with circles become huge

When I change a layer in annotative blocks, the circles becomes much larger, but everything else is static.

How do I fix this? I updated to the latest, and that didn't help.

Circles aren't annotative and don't change size. Either you have points set to display as circles (such as with pdmode=33) or you have annotative blocks with circles in their block definition. Post the drawing if you need more help.
