Sketck work when you are pressing down on mouse?

How do you make the sketch command only work when you are holding down on the left mouse button? My boss's autocad sketch command only works while he is holding down his left mouse button, where as mine works constantly untill I hit my left mouse button which pauses the command. How do I make mine work like his?

As far as i know it depends on how you start the command. If you start by holding down and dragging it will work like your bosses, if you start by clicking it will work like yours. 

When you start the command just press and hold and it should woirk like your bosses.
