sign in autocad 2012

When I click onto sign in, I get a message that I do not have an internet connection. Connect to internet and try again. 

I have internet and the connection is good. Any suggestions as how to fix this problem?

What are you trying to sign into exactly? are you trying to authorize R2012? Or log into A360?

Hi, When I first bought the program, I was asked to sign in to get to the auto exchange. I was signed in for about a year.I attempted to go to help menu and was asked to sign in. That's when it gave me the message that I wasn't connected to the internet. HELP for R2012 is offline and has been for some time: set HELP to be local using OPTIONS command, SYSTEM tab, uncheck the bos ACCESS ONLINE CONTENT WHEN AVAILABLE and see if that helps.
