Showing Current Text Style in Text Toolbar

I am converting from 2017 to 2021.  I was able to get the dimension toolbar at the top of the screen to include a drop-down list of dimstyles and I can see which one is current.  I used to be able to do that with the text toolbar but when I click on "Text" under Tools - Toolbars -AutoCAD, the text toolbar does not include a dropdown list with the box that shows the current text style.  That is a big handicap - I like to know what my current text style is by glancing at the screen. Is there any way to do this?

Also, on my dimension toolbar, I don't want all those icons because I don't use them.  Is there any way to get rid of them?

its the styles toolbar you are looking for

Thank you!  I update AutoCAD versions so infrequently that I forget everything I need to change. I will take better notes this time.

Learn how to write a script file. I have a script for my toolbars only whenever we update to new software. Got tired of trying to reset the toolbars. HTH

Is there a "Writing Script Files for Dummies" or something, ha?  I've never done that but would love to learn how.

Just type script in the help files and it should explain them and you can probably Google it too. They are very simple. If you think of them as a batch fie you're good.
