Show message when inserting a block

I want to show a message when I insert a block from the DesignCenter with some extra information. This information isn't necessary for the block itself, but is just for the user to know. Is there a way to do this?

It's NOT applicable .

You will need to customize with LISP and skip using ADCENTER altogether.

What message are you trying to convey?

I'm sorry for my late reply, but i want to show the message: "DC-Aansluitingen voor stroomvoorziening aanwezig in block" This is a reminder for the user for some distance-checking.
