SHIFT Ortho Toggle not working

Shift Toggle in Ortho not working. Have tried TEMPOVERRIDES and CUI Ortho Toggle but of no use. Please help me ASAP. Thanks in advance

Have tried resetting and even reinstalled AutoCAD but still the problem continues.

Ok.

Just a try ... Would you change your keyboard with any other one and see if any changes?

Tried with an external keyboard too. No issues with my keyboard. Still the problem exists.

Is there a "Function" Key on your keyboard ?
The F8 key works on other software ? In example on Excel try to run a macro pressing F8.

Try this test. Create a new Windows user account with local admin privileges. Sign into Windows using that new account then launch AutoCAD and see if it works

Good afternoon. I have the same problem. The shift has stopped working. It happened a couple of days ago. I tried all possible options. It doesn't work anyway.

Hi. I still managed to solve this problem. Having tried everything, I already wanted to reinstall Windows. But at the last moment I decided to remove the driver of my nvidia graphics card and restart the computer. Now it's working again. maybe it will be useful to someone.

Thanks all for your replies. I have solved the issue. The problem was with the latest windows 11 update. I have uninstalled the last update from my laptop and my CAD worked fine after uninstallation. Try this out if nothing works. Go to Settings--->Windows Update--->Uninstall updates--->Uninstall the last update from which the issue started. That's it.
