Sheet Set Manager custom properties disappear

Hi.

I am using SSM for the first time and have managed to set up a template with custom sheet fields which has been working well until now.

What we are now experiencing is that the custom sheet fields in the Sheet Properties dialogue disappear. To access them again we have to go to the top level .dst and select the properties and then go back to the sheet properties for it to then show. The problem then is that the custom properties revert back to the default descriptions which blow through to all of the drawings. 

FYI, we are using BIM 360 for this AutoCAD project.  

Below may explain the issue better. 

1.

 1. The sheet properties do not indicated the custom sheet fields which should be the 3 titles as circled.

 2. Selecting the Sheet Set and accessing the properties the Sheet Custom Properties are shown. The default are Title 1, 2 & 3 from the template creation. Selecting one of the fields seems to trigger the Sheet Properties to now be active in the SSM.

 3. Returning to the sheet and selecting the properties now shows the Sheet Custom Properties. These however have reverted back to the default titles as set up in the template.

 4. Regenerating the file changes all of the titles in the open drawing as well as all of the drawings in the SSM. 

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

What is the field pointing to?

Hi 

The fields are pointing to the 3 titles. The default values are Title 1, Title 2 & Title 3. In the indicated drawing these are renamed as 224 LEVEL PUMP STATION, -, PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAM.

Can you send a screenshot of the field dialog box?

Any chance to upload a DWG and the DST? The DWG only need to have the title block in it. Or you can email it to me if you prefer.
