Sheet Set Index Table

I am having an issue with the SSM Sheet Index, it is doing what I want it to in terms of Sheet #, Sheet Title & Revision. My issue is that it isn't grabbing the Revision attribute from the pages in the Sheet Set. I am currently having to manually input the data in each cell for each page, how do i correct this? Thanks.

Insert Sheet List Table automatically pulls the Sheet # and Sheet Title from each individual page from the Sheet Set but it is not grabbing the Revision # in the same manner. I have to select each individual cell in the Revision column and right click, Insert Field, select sheet set, select page, select RevisionNumber. How can I get the Insert Sheet Index to automatically pull the RevisionNumber and enter that data into each cell for each page in the Index?

Can you show the Sheet List Table dialog box coming up when you insert the table and identify what you do and what is not working? What is the name of the Sheet custom property for the revision?

This is the standard dialog box that comes up when I right click on the Sheet Set. Sheet Number gets pulled from the Sheet Set, Sheet Title gets pulled from Sheet Set but the Drawing Revision Number does not get pulled from the Sheet Set. I would like this data field to be pulled in when inserting the table instead of having to manually enter in any Revision Numbers.  There are no "Custom" properties that I am trying to pull from, just the standard properties.

Have you entered the revision in DWGPROPS?

That's where it is pulled from.

Yes, I have entered in the Revision Number and the Index Table still doesn't pull the data into the table.

Actually it is read only in DWGPROPS so where specifically did you enter it?

This has never worked. You need to use a custom sheet property.

Thanks for the information, now I have to figure out how to develop a new Index Table with that Custom Property.

Sounds good. As you use the Sheet Set Manager you might find use of our apps like JTB SSMPropEditor to further ease your work like updating properties across many sheets at a time or re-index all sheets.
