sheet index table

does anyone know how I can get the title(s) for my index?

I have two rows, and the title is only on the first row.

I have done it in the past on CIVIL3D2016 several times but since I got 2017 this is the first time I tried and cannot get the other rows to have a Title.

Any help would be appreciated?

HI @Anonymous,

I assume you are trying to create your Sheet Index  from a Sheet Set? Perhaps this video will help. If not, you are welcome to attach a sample set for me to examine.

john,

thanks for rechecking with me.

this "did not" help as I already know how to insert the shhet list table.

my problem is I have several sheets, "102 to be exact" well all 102 sheets do not fit into my first row being displayed into my drawing.

I then select the sheet set at the bottom of the table on pull the snap up to make two rows so that all 102 drawings fit into my paperspace of my drawing the 2nd appears but I lose the Heading (SHEET LIST TABLE or in my case INDEX TO DRAWINGS) in 2016 this appeared everytime I needed to make a second or third  row.

I cannot figure how to get my heading back for the second row.

thanks

Aaron

This is something we frequently do in-house for large Sheet Set projects:

First, select the Sheet Index Table the 'Right-Click' and select 'Properties'.

In the Properties Panel, under Table Breaks select Repeat Top Labels and set to Yes

Alternatively, I have also just created TWO Sheet List Tables and then filtered the content. Doing this will ensure both tables are still linked to the Sheet Set (DST) and can be updated (update table data links).

These options in the Properties do not seem to show up when using the Sheet Set Manager. Any help on repeating the rows at the top using the Sheet Set Manager?  Every search I do brings up a regular table and repeating rows.  This has to be the Index for the sheet set manager.

After using the sheet set manager to produce an index table and placing it in the drawing sheet you should be able to select that table and those options will be available in the properties window.
