Select Color Pannel not showing

Hello,

This issue started yesterday as I was trying to change a layer's color and when I select 'More colours' nothing appeared on screen. I tought it was odd so I figured maybe a computer restart would do the trick. Well it hasn't... I figure the pannel must be open somewhere as I can only work on Cad if I press Esc (to close the command). 

I've tried both the command 'color' and minimizing cad in order to see if the panel is hidden somewhere in my desktop,

but nothing seems to work...

If someone could help me I would aprecciate it 🙂

thanks mate, after some more digging into the problem I found that maybe a reset to defaults settings would work, and it did! Anyway thank you very much
