Second Screen Display Issues - Maximised Window - v2024.1

Have recently updated to V2024 from 2022, and have an issue with the display on my second screen.  On a maximised window the bottom 1/5th of the display is messed up.  The tabs and command line hover about 1/5th of the way up the screen, with some broken bits of command line at the bottom of the screen that you can't click into or anything.  It's effectively dead/corrupted display.  No issues though if I don't maximise the window and just manually drag it to the 4 corners of the screen.

I've no issues with any other programs/apps, no issues on my 1st screen, and never had this issue with any previous version of AutoCAD.

@mikehughes Have you installed the 2024.1 Update yet? ABOUT command will confirm what you have installed. If not, get it from your Autodesk Account Page here https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/updates
Restart your PC afterwards.

If that did not help... Set GFXDX12 variable to 0 (that's a zero) then restart AutoCAD2024. See if that fixes it.

If still no relief then start GRAPHICSCONFIG command and change the 2D Display Settings pulldown from "advanced mode" to one of the other choices.

If all else fails, then turn off Hardware Acceleration as a last resort, and start a support ticket through your subscription portal as explained here

I know this is an old post but I thought Id post the solution that worked for me as this has happened a couple of time and caused me loads of issues trying to find a solution, which turned out to be very simple and hopefully this helps anyone else who has the same issue.

When using Extended desktop ,if my monitors are not the same resolution and  if the bottom of the screens in the Display settings are not level then this causes the bottom of my window to be cut off when the drawing window is maximised. I could manualy resize and fill the screen and it still showed everthing until the maximise button was clicked .

The first picture shows how the screens had to be alligned by making the bottoms level..

The Picture below shows what happens if the screens are lined up from the top.
