Scaling concern. I want to scale the box to the line above without guessing. I am tired of typing in a scale value over and over to get that close to the line as possible. Even scale without typing in a value and the other line highligthing but I feel that is still guessing. Maybe I can use another base point, maybe there is an option to doing it but I want it touching that line without guessing.
Thanks if someone can lead me in the right direction but I will still try..

Select Objects
<enter>
Pick Base Point
R (reference)
Pick End Point (Where base point is circled in your screenshot)
Specify Second point (Top left corner in your screenshot)
Drag up to your line.

Ok. I think I got it. When you say "Top left corner" its of the object I want, not the line above. It did osnap the top of my box to the line and I think I can sleep at night knowing this method. Every time I scaled I only had one ref point and not a second to work to. Thanks
Yes, top left corner of the Object (box), that you are Scaling.
This is the only way to Scale an object in this manner.
