Scale multiple objects

this is exactly what I have to do:

I have legend symbols. they are blocks. 100s of them. I need to scale them x2. it will take me way too long to go one by one. I need a better method. tried attsync. didn't work. all symbols need to stay where they are..

Thank you Autodesk community.
kudos for anyone who takes the time to help me out.

QSELECT, Properties Pallete and change the scale x, y in there.

If @Patchy method isn't what you want, you can try to select them all and then create a GROUP. then SCALE the group by 2. you can actually just select them all and SCALE by two but if it doesn't look like what you want you will have to select them all again any way so i find it saves time to create a group.

Scale a group will need a base point and it will move the insertion points of the blocks.

You are right, I was thinking of scaling the whole schedule (not just the block elements in it) so the pieces would remain, relative to the table, in the same spot.

wow awesome. Thank you.

for this method... is it only possible if objects are converted to blocks? that way there is a center point for scaling.

can this be done for mass rotation??

If they are Blocks, changing their scale factors in the Properties box will leave their insertion points where they are [whether or not they're at the center of their drawn content] and change the scaling around those insertion points.  The same kind of thing can be done with certain other object types, such as Text [you can change the height] or Circles [the radius].

You can change Blocks' rotation angles collectively in the same way, if that's what you mean, which will also leave each one's insertion point where it is, and adjust the rotation angle around that.
