Scale got messed up, can't get model to show in viewport properly

My model isn't showing up in viewport properly and I'm not sure what went wrong with the scale. There are still a couple things I need to add around the edges, but nothing is fitting properly. The drawing and text were fitting nicely with one another, though not to scale but something went wrong when I was trying to fix it. (I don't have a mandatory scale, so I'll just use whatever scale is best)

Looks like somehow all your Paper Text Heights on the Text Objects all got changed

Once I changed it to match then the scale looks correct:
