Saving in Multiple Formats Simultaneously

Is there a way I can save my file in both a .dwg format and a .pdf format using one command?  We have multiple users that don't need to edit a file but need to be able to see and send files to coworkers.  Only a handful need AutoCAD but everyone can view a .pdf.  I feel like this is possible but can't figure out how to make it happen whenever I save without taking multiple steps.

Explore the AUTOPUBLISH feature in HELP in AutoCAD, its been around for quite some time now, see if that helps
