Saved work

I am working on AutoCivil 3D and saved my work yesterday. Today when I go to open up it does show up. However, when it first opens the model shows up in viewport for a couple of seconds then disappears and does not show up again in either viewport or in the model space.

Where do you save your files exactly? Did you look for your BAK file? What about a possible autosave SV$ in your temp folder?

Reach out to your IT person as well.

Well I saved on a normal file where I put my school work, but I tried also opening from recent works and the same happens.

Thanks for the file: nothing 'flashes" over here and this is what I see in your file, what is missing?

for some reason in my screen it does not show up the triangule.

Restart your PC, then start C3D and use RECOVER command to open your file, see if that helps.
