Save command and Open last directory

Hi all.

I've just switched over from AutoCAD LT to the full version.

Usually, if I save a drawing and then click on the open command, it opens in the last saved directory i.e. where I just saved the drawing, but the full version isn't doing this.

I know that there's a setting to toggle this function, but having problems finding it and it's not in the save options dialogue box.

Any helpers please?

Type REMEMBERFOLDERS in the command line and set it to 1 - that should actually be the default setting after you have installed AutoCAD.

Thanks Massimo.Corradi.

That's exactly what I was after.

It was defaulted to 1, but I had to change it to 0 for it to remember the folder.

An irritating little issue so thanks once again for the solution.
