Save 3D objects into a library

Hi All, I am trying to figure out how, after creating a 3D object I can save it to a library of some sort to reuse again and again in other drawings. I want it to be able to be edited it (grips for height width Etc)  so not just a block.

Specifically, these are kitchen cabinets.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

AutoCAD does not really have a library, it's on the user to create his folders with his dwg-files to be used later on (in same or other drawings).

If you have created an object in your current drawing you can use command _WBLOCK to create a dwg-file from selected entities. Later you can use _INSERT to insert these exported dwg-files into other drawings.

If you want to use the elements of the drawing repeatedly without changes, then it is best to pack their blocks as written above and make drawings-libraries of blocks. The palette for inserting blocks in modern versions of AutoCAD is very convenient and files with blocks are shown in it exactly as libraries.
But if you need 3D solids for further editing, then you should not pack them into blocks. The block editor is not adapted for editing in 3d. Therefore, engineers usually make a library file with solids and have to open it every time a solid needs to be copied (Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V).
