Running autocad on VMware Cloud on AWS using VM Horizon

Is it possible to Run AutoCad on VMware Cloud on AWS using vmware Horizon?  to capitalize on the hardware of AWS without investing heavily in hardware at the destop,  (also using VMware Cloud on AWS for a rendering farm?)

As far as I know, you are not allowed to run ACAD on Virtual Environment !

ONLY Citrix is authorized with a Network FlexLM vesion ...

@braudpat is correct about the licensing issues.  I am actively trying to get clarity on this issue for customers as it not only affects a situation that you describe but also those that run a VM for older software or for cross-platform capability.  I am hoping to have a better message regarding virtualization in the near future.

VMware and NVIDIA have been working closely with AutoDesk. VMware Horizon now has official support for two AutoDesk apps with VMware Horizon and NVIDIA GRID vGPU: AutoCAD 2016 and Revit 2016! This has been a herculean task across both VMware and NVIDIA to get AutoDesk to get our first supported apps.

Autodesk just approved support for AutoCad 2016 and Revit 2016 with VMware Horizon 6.2 with GRID vGPU.
