Rotation parameter in section symbol dyna,ic block

In this dynamic block, there is a ration parameter showing the rotation angle circle  when it gets clicked. How to define it? I've tried the rotation parameter in block editor many times but with no success.

The parameter type is "rotationpt", and how to define it? Cycling is "yes", how to define "cycling"?

You said that you'd tried adding a rotation parameter before.  You do realize that every parameter has to also have a related action to actually do something, right?  Use the parameter sets tab of the authoring palette instead of the parameters tab to automatically get the related action.  Then you must select the objects that the action affects.  Right click on the action.

Too in general the question isn't clear to me. Formulate somehow differently or somehow still show that is necessary for you.

...you can define rotation angle in the Properties panel - in the field Symbol Rotation.
