Rotating single tab Paper layout

I have several layouts all coming from my model with different routes planned out for evacuation.  The map in one of my layouts needs to be rotated 90' without rotating the rest of them. In previous drawings I've been able to click the bordering rectangle that surrounds the drawing and rotate that, but it isn't there in this drawing.  I've checked and unchecked, frozen/unfrozen all the layers but still cannot get the rectangle to show up.  Is there a way to get it to be present, or a simple way to rotate one layout without editing the model/other layouts?

you can rotate the image using the view cube. If it is not present type in VIEWCUBE.

Rotate the viewport and the modelspace inside will rotate too: first double-click inside the viewport, ensure it's locked, then zoom in to find the "bordering rectangle" more closely after your thaw/turn on/unlock and unhide all of your layers and objects.

while in paperspace tab type in _.MSPACE it will activate the viewport and should give you the viewcube.

if you still dont see it

type in UCS

type Z

type 90 (or whet ever direction you need)

next

type PLAN

select Current UCS
