Rotate an object but have another side intersect.

Hello, I was just wondering how i go about rotating an object on one corner of a rectangle but get it so the oposite side of the rectangle intersects with a line that is a short distance from it. I will try and upload a picture to help explain.

If the image has loaded, I would like to rotate the upright rectangle on it's lower right corner (circled in red) but have so the two green circled sides will snap at their relevant intersection points (I know the green circle on the rectangle is to low to ever rech but im referencing to that edge of the rectangle).

Draw a temporary Circle whose center is at the red-circled corner of the rectangle and whose radius is from there to the right end of the Line.  Rotate the rectangle about that lower-right corner, using the Reference option.  Give it, for a reference angle, the direction from that corner to the intersection of the temporary Circle with the left side of the rectangle, and to define the new angle, pick the right end of the Line.
