PDF UNDERLAY NOT DISPLAYING IN VIEWER

Hello All,

In Autocad 2015, and Autocad LT 2015:

I "Insert, PDF Underlay" PDF's into the company title block (title block is cad data, i.e. lines and text).

In Autocad, the PDF displays.

In DWG trueview (and other viewers), THE PDF DOES NOT DISPLAY-I only see the company title block.  There is no outline/border where the PDF should be, the drawing is blank other than the company title block.  It seems that the PDF is not being seen by DWGtrueview BUT the PDF IS IN AN ACCESSIBLE FOLDER.

I need a solution other than EMBED, because with EMBED, the page is white and is also difficult to work with.

Is there a way (setting, method, etc.) to ensure that ALL PDF's will be visible (display) in DWGtrueview?

I really need an answer - this is causing issues throughout the company.

Thanks.

Is the PDF file in DTV's search path? Did you send it along to the DTV user? "underlay" works like XREFing, the external file must be available to DTV to reference.

Your other programs probably don't know what an xref is... .
