Right click when opening a dwg file

When I'm at the Select File screen and right click a drawing file all I get is a vertical line.  The options (copy, move, delete, etc.) are missing.  I can't show a picture of it because when I press the alt button for alt+print screen, the line goes away.

You tried to use one button PrintScreen ?

Sorry, I thought I had replied earlier.

It doesn't happen in Explorer, only Acad.

Sounds like a Windows issue.

Is this what you are missing?

I used File->Open and right-clicked a dwg file.

Running ACAD2019.

What happens if you click on those arrows in that right-click menu you show on your screenshot?

I just get additional smaller vertical lines for the submenus, but no text.
