Right Click Menu Missing

Right click shortcut menu does not appear in ACAD -though it works in all other applications. I've looked through old posts and gone after the usual suspects: Pickfirst set to (1). In Options/Selection "Noun/Verb" checked and in Options/User Preferences "Shortcut menus in drawing area" checked. Any ideas?

Everybody should check their CUI Shortcutmenu. Make sure this one should be populated otherwise the Pickfirst and Pickadd variable won't matter.
