ribbon only show the icon instead of the full thing

when i switch on window mode and split the screen in half. the ribbon only show the icon (see pict), but after i switch back into full screen mode, the ribbon still only shown the icon instead of the full toolbar. im using AutoCAD 2023 Student Ver. on Windows 10  OS. any help to reset the setting back into default?

Try MENUBAR = 1 .
