Ribbon Commands not working in workspace

when trying to open autocad,the start page is blank.And while opening any dwg files,it it (drawings) are not visible,the curse is seen in ribbon but when it comes to workspace it disappears.start screennone of the commands are working is excecuted in workspace

Hi,

3 ideas to try:

• login to your Windows with another user account ... does AutoCAD work in that context?
• disconnect your workstation from network, how's working now?
• try to set the startparameter /nohardware (>>>details<<<), better?

Hi,

i suggest to do the follow :

• Reset your AutoCAD to default settings . >> Click <<
• install the latest service pack and see if any changes .
