Remove window/crossing window tooltip adjacent to crosshairs ?

Hi.... I have just upgraded to Autocad 2021 and have an annoying tooltip that appears adjacent to the cursor/crosshairs when I select a tool and then click in the dwg to start to move around.  The tooltip appears to be informing me what tool I am currently using (eg. move or copy etc) or similarly (window or crossing window symbol).  I don't need these annoying reminders of what tools I'm using because I selected the tool so I know what I'm doing.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this ?

Thanks

Hi @db

Those are called Cursor Badge. You can turn them off by typing in the command "CURSORBADGE" and setting it to "2" 🙂

Thanks vinodkl....

Cursorbadge was indeed the system variable.  I ended up having to set it to 1 to get rid of them.
