I am drawing some pipes in Autocad 2025, drew them using polylines which I then added width 150 to and filleted. How do I remove these lines that appear on the corner?

It looks like you have a Wireframe View Style set. Change to a 2D Wireframe View Style.

Thanks for the CAD file...
Try FILL command.
Command: FILL Enter mode [ON/OFF] <OFF>: on
then type Regen.

Interesting. Now I see your drawing the response by @imadHabash seems correct. But having Fill on and switching to a Wireframe View Style give the same results visually.
