Refund never received

I was supposedly given a $288 refund on 7/15/2016.  Never received it.  Haven't received any response to my follow-up emails either.

How is that an answer to my question?  I bought AutoCAD through this site.

Amber,

This Forum is peer-to-peer. Just AutoCAD users like yourself. JD was politely asking you who you bought (whatever it is you bought) from. You certainly didn't buy anything from "this site".

Maybe a few details of your transaction might help to find you an answer.

Hi,

Get it contact with the source of that promisse, the public forum here can't help you with that issue.

If you bought it from any internet-site then look there for a direct contact, if it was the Autodesk buy-it option like >>>here<<< then you have got an account (http://manage.autodesk.com), login to that account, there your informations about contract and support are available. Least option could be the >>>contact us<<< page.

When I originally tried to request a refund, I was sent through the endless loop that never leads to customer service. In desperation I posted on this community board and someone who works for AutoCAD helped me. (See below.) I was just now able to use that hyperlink you sent me to send an email to customer service. I'm hoping they respond before I take legal action.

Hi @amberhiggins,

I have submitted the refund on your order 96579910, it can take up to 3-5 days processing from your bank. In the virtual agent page. You just click download links > Mac products > AutoCAD LT > AutoCAD LT for Mac 2013 and the download will begin.
