Just a wee niggle which I can't seem to find a solution to. Whenever I edit a block using Refedit, Autocad seems to want to switch on the grid. (which if fine although a bit annoying) what really gets me is when I leave Refedit I’d expect it to turn the grid off again and restore the setting to the way they were before Refedit. But instead the grid remains still on.
Any Ideas why?

For me REFEDIT does not turn on the grid. It may be that your command has been redefined to add the grid.
What happens if you type in the command preceeded by a period (.REFEDIT)
Have you tried turning the Grid off while the Command is active?
Does the original Reference file have the Grid on inside of it?
