Hi @Anonymous,

I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

I suggest starting with an EXPORTTOAUTOCAD. Write to a new file. Then use Audit, Purge, -Purge>All, -Purge>Regapps.

Does that get you closer?

Hi and Welcome to AUtoDesk Forum,

>> but nothing worked to reduce it to KB.<<

NOBODY said that it will.we can reduce fie size depending on the data that the CAD file have.some times purge and audit will not help but if you delete or mange a sophisticated block existing some where in the file it will help a lot.so what i want to say that your CAD file status and history will tell us how far can can we reduce it's size.

Regards,

Presuming the file should be 700k in size, you're probably suffering from one of the big three infections....

Scale List Entries

Regapps

DGN Linetype Data

Do you know about these things?

What version of AutoCAD are you using?

Do you have all of the updates and patches applied?

try...

dxfout - save the file

dxfin - open the file

save - to dwg (close the original first or make new file name)

audit > y - the most important step..

it works for me...

cheers
