Rectangle getting joined automatically

When ever I place 2 rectangles or lines next to each other, they join automatically and I am unable to move it separately. It deletes separately but doesn't move.

Really? Using what commands exactly? And what variant of AutoCAD are you using?
Doesn't move? Is your UCS rotated but your PLAN setting does not match the current uCS perhaps?

Post a sample DWG file with these self-gluing RECTANG objects that o not move separately but erase separately for review here please.

Do you have inferred constraints turned on?

If that's somehow locking them to each other, you can remove the constraints with the DELCONSTRAINT command.
