Regardless drawing scales, the text height/size displayed on LAYOUT should be 2.5mm or larger (it doesn't mean you have to place texts on Layout).

It will be readable when the drawing is printed on the sheet size.

A circle is the locus of a cursor, starting and ending at the same point on a plane in model space or in layout such that its distance from a given coordinates (X,Y) is always constant.

Hi,

>> Can anyone help what is the readable text height should be on A1 sheet

It's up to you to use a proper text height . For me ; 18mm is the minimum text height value for readable text on your printed paper . For that and depending on your print paper scale the text value will be variable :

Floor plan 1:100 ............. Text Height = 18mm

Area diagram 1:200 ....... Text Height = 36mm

Site plan 1:500 ............... Text Height = 90mm

All previous text height values will looked at the same height when printed ( 18mm )

You should look into how to use Annotation Scaling.  Create MText, MLeaders, and Dimension styles set to annotative with a fixed height of 2.50mm, and the scaling of the viewport will adjust the heights [physically] for you
