Reacquiring student serial number

Hi,

I registered for student license with Autocad 2016 and received keys.

However I couldn't install Autocad 2016 for some reasons, I guess my laptop is too old for that. So I installed Autocad 2014. And now I asked for the Product key. The one which I have is for Autocad 2016 and I can't find the way to get keys for Autocad 2014.

Could you suggest me what to do?

Go back to the student community website and start the download of 2014 again (you don't have to complete it) - you should see the numbers appropriate for 2014 (will likely be different than the 2016 numbers)

What are your system specs - I would want to figure out why 2016 had a problem.  Seems to me it runs on about anything.
