Looking into an issue currently where when users in the office are trying to print drawings to PDF, the raster images in the drawing at not coming along with the document. I do see that Autodesk has provided a support article regarding this issue, however the option to change raster image options in the PDF print options does not seem to appear. This is an issue that is affecting everyone in the office since they've transitioned to 2024. Any ideas or other suggestions?
