I have this problem. I tested with new file > acadiso. I have the problem in other files too. The problem is when plotting the pdf file, some random lines seem to have different line weights at zoom, but zooming in they are the same. The plot looks perfectly in the preview, but not in the final pdf. I did this test:

The diagonals look thinner. In this specific case it was just the diagonal, but i had a diferent case where I had several vertical and horizontal polylines and some random ones were thinner. As I said, if I zoom in, it looks ok, they look the same line weight, but not at zoom out.
Is there a way to fix this? I tried AutocadPDF General documentation and high quality file, they look the same.
