"date" does not show up when opening drawings in autocad 2015

Prior to installing 2015, when opening a drawing in AutoCAD or Civil 3d the details would show "Name" "Date" "Type" and "Size". Now, I only see "Name" and "Type". See attachment.

Any idea how to display the DATE and SIZE fields once again?

can you not right click on the colums like below?

thank you...never had to select the columns before, guess the default included DATE and SIZE in the past....
