Hi,

welcome @Anonymous.autodesk.com!

>> it happens when i trying install CAD 2014

I think it's not depending on installation of AutoCAD 2014, it might be depending on the drawing and if the drawing was created with AutoCAD 2014.

Try to start AutoCAD 2007, create a new drawing, draw a line and start again _QSELECT, I'm quite sure the the dialog shows the normal results.

When you say you have installed CAD 2014 ... which type of CAD do you mean, what the product name exactly?

The question has a reason, if you have created a dwg-file from a newer AutoCAD and you used some objects from vertical products then you will have proxy-objects in the drawing and they can't show properties and that might be the reason why the property area of the _QSELECT dialog is emptry. To verify that start again AutoCAD 2007 with your drawing, start again command _QSELECT and open the list "object type" ... do you see "proxy object" (or something similar) listed?

1. Have you checked "PICKADD" set it to (1)

2. Have you tried to "repair" the installation?

3. Are you up to date on all Service Packs and Updates?

4. At what time did you "clean the registry", before or after the reinstall?

I've heard a lot of "bad" things about registry cleaners and AutoCAD, my opinion, of course...

Perhaps someone else will chime in with more info.
