Quick measure command not working

Please refer the attached image. 

 

After selecting Home>Utilities>Measure>Quick, to check the quick dimensions. there are no dimension displayed. Only orange cross hair is displayed. 

 

Help me solve this issue.

you can try DIST and measuregeom command if it is working or press F12 and see what happens? thanks

or change setting value for  PICKFIRST and DYNMODE. thanks
