Just a general question, I looked around and found the way to turn off the top right information/communication on autocad/revit products, but is there a way to just move it. I don't want to turn it off completely but is it possible to move it to the left a bit? and if so, how?

Well, anything is possible. But not without some programming involved, since it is not exposed in the UI. I'd ask around in the customization forums and see if you can find someone willing to look into this project.
