problems with new software

I downloaded the 2020 autocad version.  it downloaded but will not let me use it. i can open the program but that is as far as it goes.  any suggestions?

can you show us a screenshot for your AutoCAD when it's open please ?

it will not let me attach it....ugh 

i get a message saying the license is not functioning or is improperly installed and autocad will shut down

I suggest performing a clean uninstall. Followed by reinstalling AutoCAD 2020.
